It's in 4 segments and includes the pre-show and post-show.

I've seen several comments about the UStream feed over the past few days. At this time, I don't know whether the video will eventually be posted there or not.

Earlier today, I asked for extended hotel checkout so as to have time to submit my Hugo Nominations. The deadline is 11:59pm PDT tonight. I didn't want to wait until the very last moment, and knew I'd be busy this evening.

Just over an hour from the time I'm posting this, this year's Hugo Award nominees will be announced at Eastercon with live coverage at Norwescon, too. I'll be watching the Cover It Live feed that Renovation is hosting, and also the live coverage from Illustrious on UStream.

2pm PDT, 4pm CDT, 10pm BST, etc.

Mark Slater created a completely awesome video review of 2009 and the Hugo nominees for the intro at the Hugo Ceremony that's currently underway. And he put it up on YouTube which meant those of us watching from home could see the video pretty much in real time as it was being shown in Melbourne.

We truly do live in the future.
